The hotel was located in the middle of the city. The staff members were all nice, the rooms were reasonably spacious with 3 queen beds and a refrigerator and outside access.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

A great stay on vacation. The property is clean; modest and reasonably spacious rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Honest, nice staff towards all guests. Located in the middle of the city. 0.5 miles from Monterey Peninsula airport.

The location was central, absolutely perfect close to the coast. Got modest and reasonably large room for value when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Their staff were not very friendly.

Truly enjoyed the stay, it was great for the price. Came in Seaside to relax and have fun, this nice budget hotel was cozy base for doing it. The restaurant was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The positives include great location and parking onsite. All the staff members are very, very nice.

Thank you for a really great stay. It's wonderful and quiet little place to stay 2 miles away from Eolian Dunes Preserve Park. The hotel offers cereal and muffins in the morning. The staff in general is cordial. The venue offers marvellous location near several restaurants and stores.

Marvellous location near coast and a cafe on the other side of the street, an oceanarium and eateries were near the hotel. They offered us bright and spotless rooms with 2 queen beds, fridge plus new mattresses.

Pros Wow, what a hidden gem! From the jaw-dropping gardens to the super-friendly owners, this place exceeded all expectations. The clean rooms had everything we needed, and the price was mind-blowing. With a quick drive to the beach and attractions, plus the convenience of nearby food places and grocery stores, this location was super convenient. The 24-hour reception and on-site car park were great perks, and the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi kept us entertained. The refrigerator and dryer were an added bonus. Despite its age, the hotel was well-maintained, and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. No pets or smoking on site, which was a plus. We couldn't believe the great value for money.

I recently stayed at Discovery Inn for a family vacation at Monterey Bay. Our stay was for three nights, and we had an amazing time. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a stylish decor that we loved. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions like the aquarium and Seaside beach. Additionally, the landscaping was beautiful, with blooming hydrangeas adding to the charm. Parking was ample, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The laminate hardwood floors were a nice touch, and the air conditioner worked perfectly for a peaceful night's sleep.

I do recommend this hotel.

Its location was favourable, so close to the beach, stores and food and next shopping center. I loved the room with three queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

It is a fabulous base for one night. The rooms offered are modern and large with a fridge and 2 queen beds, as for instance. Stay here and enjoy your Seaside weekend.

Marvellous location and the hotel is clean. It has bright relaxing rooms, that come with new mattresses and three queen beds, for example. They care about safety, have safe in the rooms.

My recent stay at Discovery Inn Monterey Bay was fantastic. The room was clean and modern, and much bigger than I expected. The bed was also larger than anticipated, providing a comfortable night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were quick and convenient, making the whole process hassle-free.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of coffee pot in the room and the limited breakfast choices, these did not detract significantly from my overall positive experience.
